What to expect:
The Elements of Art is a 5-week foundations course exploring the basic building blocks of art, vocabulary, and skill-building. Establishing a sketchbook practice and learning how to use and take care of many kinds of art supplies. This series builds over the month of July with students creating a portfolio of work in various media.

About the Instructor:
Lee Gorton, our in-house Artist Extraordinaire, is a very creative and fun instructor. She is able to bring out the artist in all of us, no matter your age. Her creativity shines each week as she hosts the Art Table at The Shed. It's a testament to her knowledge of art and media.
