4/11, 1 -2:30 PM Succulent Birdcage Workshop

Let's do something fun during Spring Break! The Shed will host child and adult friendly classes.

A great class for kids 8 and up!   A beloved favorite after school class at Olinda and Valleyview Elementary!

Adding a whimsical touch to your blooming gardens, anyone who loves nature, will love this little project! White Birdcages are provided but if you want it to be a different color, you can spray paint with alternative colors, BYO, or use provided options. We will prepare the birdcage with moss and dirt.  Then we will pick and choose succulents to plant into their birdcage.  Everyone will add whimsy to the birdcage with butterflies, birds,  ribbons, little fairy ornaments and even glitter!!  All Materials will be provided. 

Choose between two size Birdcages.  Limited numbers of each are available:

8" H x5" W or 12" H x 7" W

The Instructor:

The class will be taught by Mona Chin, who's a substitute teacher at the local elementary schools and has been teaching afterschool classes at both Olinda and Valleyview Elementary. 

If child is 7 y/o or younger, adult must be present to help child.
