Have you heard about the green belt of trees reclaiming the Sahara Desert? Coral reefs are also experiencing a resurgence. Humans are engaged in restoring our planet and combating climate change. We encourage participants to share stories of hope from personal experiences, vacations, or inspiring efforts you’ve read about. You are welcome to learn from others! The group will be small, with 10-12 participants, to comfortably present and converse. Each presentation will take about 5 minutes, allowing time for questions and discussions. Presenters will share slides, photos, or other visuals to start the conversation. The aim is to share narratives about restoring nature and ourselves, no expertise required..

Community members interested in nature and meeting enthusiasts are welcome, ages 10 to 90+, regardless of their understanding in science, natural history, or environmental science. All cultural backgrounds are encouraged—diversity is key!
