3/21, 11-1PM, Whisk Broom Making Class

Join our whisk broom making workshop. We'd be making turkey tail brooms, an Appalachian style of broom making that is accessible for many. In the workshop, the instructor will do some introductions, and storytelling about brooms. He would also lead the group in a grounding and energy hygiene practice. Then, he would demo a broom make. We will break up in groups of 3 or 4 and take turns making brooms. Instructor will wrap the workshop up with a chance for people to reflect on what they learned and how they might use their brooms.

Class is good for:

Anyone looking to learn broom making. Kids will need an adult with them. Gardeners and energy healers are most welcome.

What you will leave with:

A whisk broom of your own!
