About the Class:
Staying Human: Writing Through Uncertainty. In a time of rapid technological change, social fragmentation, and constant noise, what does it mean to remain fully human? This four-week generative writing circle invites participants to slow down, pay attention, reclaim their voices, and write toward connection. Through guided prompts, structured sharing, and reflection, we will explore writing not as productivity, but as presence — not as performance, but as contact. No prior writing experience necessary. This is not a critique workshop. It is a space for attention, voice, and aliveness.
Class meets every Thursday from 6:30-8PM for the month of May.
$25/class or the whole series of 4 classes for $75. Pre-Registration and Drop-Ins are welcome!
What You Can Expect:
Participants will leave with renewed trust in their own voice, concrete practices for staying present and attentive, several new pieces of writing, and a felt sense of connection—to themselves, to others, and to what feels most alive in uncertain times.
Good For:
Anyone who wants to slow down, reclaim their voice, and stay present and connected in a world that increasingly pulls us toward distraction and automation.
